Shipping & Returns
We ship all orders as quickly as possible via FedEx.
Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time depends on the delivery option you select and shipping location. We ship from California so West Coast orders take approximately 1-2 days. Delivery to the southern states and mid-west take approximately 2-3 days and East Coast orders take approximately 5 business days.
Orders received by 12 pm Pacific Time will be shipped on the same day. Orders received after 12 pm Pacific Time will be shipped the following day.
*Please note that orders placed on holidays and weekends will be shipped the next business day.
Expedited delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about shipping options.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
For international orders and orders to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you with a shipping quote.
All orders are shipped from the US. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination county and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
A $10 handling fee will be applied to all international orders.
No changes can be made to the shipping address after the order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages if delivery to the specified address provided by the customer can be verified by the shipping carrier.
At Genesis Fair Trade, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase.
We pride ourselves in providing you with extraordinary customer service and high quality, authentic, fair trade products. Each item is handmade and as such, colors and sizes may vary slightly.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the day you received your package by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds can only be made within 120 days of purchase.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the full cost of the product plus taxes. There is a 10% restocking. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges may apply. If you received the item as a gift, we will issue you store credit for the return.
Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive your returned item(s) and process your request.
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please let us know within 10 business days of receipt of the package. You do not need to ship damaged products back to us unless you are requested to do so. You will either receive a refund issued to your account or you will be shipped a replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
Sometimes mistakes happen. If there are missing items from your order, please let us know within 10 business days of when you receive your package and we will happily issue a credit to your account or ship you the missing item(s).
Exchanges and Cancellations
All merchandise exchanges will be handled as a return and reorder. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps for a return and then log back on to our website to purchase the item you wish under a new transaction.
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping. To cancel an order, please contact us at email@example.com and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. If we are unable to process your request, you can simply follow the steps above under Returns.
